4. Violating any of the Terms will result in the immediate deletion of the Customer's account.

1.2. Your shared personal and business data will be secure and stored in confidential databases of our partners/games without being exposed through leaks or public disclosure.

» PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND CHARGES:

1. All product descriptions or prices are subject to change at any time without any prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or even discontinue the provision of products or specific offers at any time.

2. We cannot guarantee that the quality of any products obtained by the Customer will meet their expectations.

3.1. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction the Customer makes on our site. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or entirely cancel purchases. Such restrictions may include orders placed on personal and/or third-party accounts, regardless of the payment method.

3.2. If there is any change or cancellation in a transaction, the Customer will be notified by email.

1.3. If, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use, we may also terminate this contract at any time without prior notice, and you will be responsible for all amounts due up to the termination date; we may also deny access to our services (or any part thereof).

» INDEMNIFICATION:

1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rei dos Coins and our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or the documents incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of third parties.

» ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

These terms govern your use of ReidosCoins.com.br. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

This Cashback Program (RDC Cash) will be granted within the scope of the website www.ReidosCoins.com.br. Whenever the terms “you,” “Customer,” “your,” “yours” are mentioned, we are referring to you, Customer, a natural person who has consented to this Program and other applicable instruments to use and access ReidosCoins.com.br and RDC Cash.

This Cashback Program (RDC Cash) will not be applicable to legal entities. For better understanding, we do not accept transactions made by legal entities.

RDC MAY MODIFY THIS PROGRAM AT ANY TIME, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. We recommend that each time you conduct a transaction on Rei dos Coins, you reread our terms, as your transaction will be immediately bound by any changes to this Program. The fact that you accept the terms or continue to conduct transactions on RDC after the update means that you have agreed to the changes in this Program.

INTRODUCTION

1. The Cashback Program (RDC Cash), instituted by Rei dos Coins, aims to provide benefits, discounts, or commercial “rewards” to RDC Clients who purchase Eligible Products, as specified in this Program.

2. The Cashback Program (RDC Cash) allows the User to receive discounts in the form of certain amounts of money through ReidosCoins.com.br when purchasing Eligible Products, as per the terms of this Program and its Annexes. These discounts can be used for future purchases on our site or for another purpose previously informed, under the terms of this Program.

DEFINITIONS

1. The terms contained in this Program, whenever used with the first letter capitalized, whether in singular or plural form, and not defined below, will have the meaning attributed to them in the Terms of Use:

• “I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS” or “I ACCEPT THE TERMS” means the prior, express, and informed consent of the Customer regarding everything stated in this Program, or any other applicable instrument for using the functionalities of Rei dos Coins, including, in particular, the request and granting of authorization for the creation and storage of a database composed of Personal Data, among other information.


• “RDC Cash” means the benefits program offered by Rei dos Coins.


• “Grantor” means Rei dos Coins or Fabricio de Matos, as identified in the Annex.


• “Delivery Policies” means the delivery policy implemented by Rei dos Coins.


• “Terms of Use” means the terms of use implemented by Rei dos Coins.


• “Cashback Percentage” means the percentage designated by the Grantor, within the scope of the Cashback Program (RDC Cash), to be applied to the value of Eligible Products for the purpose of calculating the respective amounts in money to be credited to ReidosCoins.com.br.


• “Products” means the products, software, or services sold by ReidosCoins.com.br.


• “Eligible Products” means the Products or certain transactions designated solely by the Grantor, at its sole discretion, as participants in the Cashback Program (RDC Cash).


• “Cashback Program (RDC Cash)” means, as applicable, the program instituted by the Grantor, which provides for the granting of benefits, discounts, or commercial “rewards” through RDC to Customers of ReidosCoins.com.br who purchase Eligible Products, as per the Annexes to this Regulation.


• “Program” means this document.


• “RDC Cash Balance” means the amount of Electronic Currency credited to the Customer's Account as a result of purchasing Eligible Products.

PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

1. In order for the Customer to benefit from the Cashback Program (RDC Cash), they must accept the terms of this Program at the time of completing the purchase transaction for Eligible Products on ReidosCoins.com.br. By selecting “I ACCEPT THE TERMS” in this Program, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all provisions contained in this Program or any other applicable instrument for using RDC functionalities. If the Customer has any questions about this Program, Rei dos Coins requests that they contact RDC's Online Support before accepting and becoming subject to its rules.

2. Once the Customer accepts the terms of this Program, their enrollment in the Cashback Program (RDC Cash) will be automatic, establishing that all provisions of this Program, along with other applicable instruments, will govern the relationship between Rei dos Coins and the Customer for the purposes of the Cashback Program (RDC Cash).

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

1. Only Eligible Products can provide the Customer with the benefits of the Cashback Program (RDC Cash).

2. Eligible Products and the applicable Cashback Percentage for them will be designated solely by the Grantor, at its sole discretion. The Grantor may also: (i) establish different Cashback Percentages for different Eligible Products; and (ii) modify the Cashback Percentage for the same Eligible Product at different time periods, without prior notice to Customers.

3.1. Eligible Products will indicate their respective applicable Cashback Percentages.

3.2. For the Cashback calculation, the respective percentage will be applied to the amount paid for the Eligible Product. Any interest charged in the transaction will not be considered in the calculation. If a discount coupon is used in the purchase, that amount will also be deducted and will not be counted for Cashback purposes.

BENEFITS OF THE RDC CASHBACK PROGRAM

1. This section outlines only the general aspects of the benefits of the RDC Cashback Program. The specific conditions determined by each Grantor will be available to the Customer in the Annex(es) to this Regulation, which contains the specific conditions established by each Grantor within the scope of the RDC Cashback Program and may be updated from time to time.

2. Upon purchasing an Eligible Product, the Customer will be entitled to receive the corresponding RDC Cash Balance. This means an amount in Electronic Balance calculated by applying the Cashback Percentage (RDC Cash) to the value of the Eligible Product, to be credited to their account on ReidosCoins.com.br.

3. To enjoy the benefits of the RDC Cashback Program, the Customer may purchase Eligible Products using the website ReidosCoins.com.br, following the specific rules established by each Grantor, as per the Annex(es).

4. The RDC Cash Balance will be credited to the Customer's account on ReidosCoins.com.br after the transaction is approved, within the specific time frames established by each Grantor, as per the Annex(es).

5. If the Customer does not use their RDC Cash (Cashback) for purchasing Eligible Products on ReidosCoins.com.br within 100 days, the RDC Cash Balance will be removed from the Customer's account. After this period expires, any RDC Cash Balance the Customer was entitled to will automatically expire.

6. The User may make successive purchases of Eligible Products without a maximum limit on the RDC Cash Balance maintained in their account on ReidosCoins.com.br, which will expire according to the deadlines set by each Grantor, as per the Annex(es) mentioned above.

7. The RDC system may identify the amount of RDC Cash Balance that comprises the total Electronic Balance maintained in the Customer's account and, accordingly, restrict the use of RDC Cash Balance for certain operation(s).

8. Under no circumstances will there be any interest earned on the RDC Cash Balance, except as required by legal obligations.

9. Subject to the restrictions of ReidosCoins.com.br or as provided in the Annex(es) of this Program, the Customer may use their accumulated RDC Cash (Cashback) for: (i) purchasing Products on RDC, depending on the specific rules established by each Grantor.

10. In cases of future payments that fit the conditions indicated in clause 9 above, the RDC Cash Balance (Cashback) may be used in conjunction with credit card payments or other payment methods provided by RDC, as per the specific rules established by each Grantor, in accordance with the Annex(es).

CANCELLATION, REVERSAL, AND RETENTION OF CASHBACK BALANCES

1. If a purchase of an Eligible Product is identified as being in violation of any applicable provisions for ReidosCoins.com.br or in disagreement with this Program, the corresponding RDC Cash Balance will not be credited to the Customer’s account. If it has already been credited, the balance will be automatically removed and adjusted.

2. If the Customer wishes to exchange, cancel a purchase, or initiate a Refusal Procedure involving an Eligible Product after the RDC Cash Balance (Cashback) has been made available in their Customer Account, they will have the right to, as long as in accordance with the RDC Policy and applicable legal provisions, (i) return the Eligible Product (before it has been viewed) and receive a refund of the amount paid.

3.1. In the event of the cancellation of the purchase of an Eligible Product, RDC will deduct the corresponding value from the RDC Cash Balance that had been credited to the Customer’s Account due to the purchase.

3.2. Specifically, in the case of the cancellation of the purchase of an Eligible Product that was necessarily acquired together with another Eligible Product(s) (“combo”), the RDC Cash Balance calculated based on the value of the “combo” will be fully deducted from the Payment Account.

3.3. In the event of non-compliance with any obligations stipulated in this Program, the Customer Account Regulations, or any other applicable instrument within the scope of ReidosCoins.com.br, especially those related to Account Opening, Registration, Declarations, and Customer Responsibilities, RDC may retain the RDC Cash Balance, whether already credited or not, and if necessary, subsequently refund them depending on the severity of the non-compliance.

APPLICATION

The application REI DOS COINS - Gift Cards (com.reidoscoins.webview) is a free application and the responsibility of the company Rei Dos Coins. This service is provided free of charge to customers to facilitate access to our services, and by using the application, you agree to all the terms of this contract.

By using the application, you agree to the collection and use of information. The information collected in the application is the same as those present in this service agreement and is used to provide and improve the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone, as your data is solely intended to meet the requirements for using the service.

Data Collection and Usage

Some information is necessary if you choose to register, as this information will be used for authentication and to identify you. It is important to emphasize that the information is not shared with third parties, and you may request data deletion.

Use of Data:

• 1. Login information has the sole and exclusive functionality of allowing access to the service.


• 1.1. The collected information is for internal use only and will not be shared with third parties.


• 1.2. The collected information may be deleted upon request.

Data Deletion:

• 1. To request data deletion, you must contact us via email at suporte@reidoscoins.com.br.


• 1.1. When requesting data deletion, all your data (login information, transactions, etc.) will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Security

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information, and we are striving to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, remember that no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

1. RDC reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to modify the rules, terminate, or cancel the Cashback Program (RDC Cash) without any prior notice.

2. The Cashback Program (RDC Cash) will remain valid for an indefinite period.

3. In the event of discrepancies between the terms of this Program and the Customer Account Regulations, the provisions stated herein shall prevail.

ANNEX I

Conditions of the Cashback Program (RDC Cash) | Rei dos Coins

GRANTOR:

Fabricio de Matos - REI DOS COINS EPP, a private legal entity, registered under CNPJ No. 34.109.452/0001-28, headquartered in the city of São José/SC, at Rua Catarina Meira dos Santos, 654, Barreiros.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Both Credit Cards and other Payment Instruments, as listed on ReidosCoins.com.br.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The RDC Cash Balance will be credited to the Customer's Account within up to 24 (twenty-four) business hours after payment confirmation (status "Completed!!!").

USE OF BALANCE:

Subject to the restrictions of ReidosCoins.com.br, the Customer may use their accumulated RDC Cash Balance: (i) to purchase Products on RDC, if so indicated.

PAYMENTS WITH BALANCE:

The RDC Cash Balance may be supplemented with various payment methods for the purchase of Products on ReidosCoins.com.br.

ADDITIONAL RULES:

In cases of Cancellation / Purchase Withdrawal or Product Exchange, refer to Section VI of the Program.

RDC CASH CALCULATION AND AVAILABILITY

- Interest and other fees will not be included in the RDC Cash calculation.
- RDC Cash is only available for selected and identified products.
- RDC Cash percentages may vary depending on the date and/or product.
- RDC Cash is credited exclusively to the Customer’s account on the website www.ReidosCoins.com.br.
